  • brain fog;
  • numbness.

All symptoms may occur within hours or in several days.

Gluten sensitivity requires a diet complexly free from gluten. Just for a time. People with this illness should avoid all food like persons with celiac or allergy, including all product from their list. Where gluten or wheat could hide

Some people have found that exclude gluten is not so easy. It’s not just bread. So, remember that gluten or wheat can hide in other different products:

  • ice cream, frozen yoghurt and pudding;

  • crisps and fries;
  • canned soup;
  • dressings in bottles;

You should be very careful when removing some necessary elements or products. This removing from a diet is an important change and may seem some difficulties at first. But, choosing the right food may seem to you to feel well.
